Online game magazine, HGZine, has provided us with more details on the DS version of Dawn of the Dragon.
One interesting reveal is that the game has two parts to it. Part of the time it's a side-scrolling platformer/action game with lots of puzzles. In this half of the game, the stylus and touch screen are not used. The other half is the flight sections and the touch screen IS used for those portions of the game.

It is unknown whether the artwork will be what we've already seen or something new. If anyone has an Xbox 360 and buys the OXM magazine, we'd love to know what the artwork on the disk is of.

The disk contains demos, photos, and game trailers for various games.

Besides Spyro you can find content for Grid, Iron Man, Universe At War: Earth Assault, Condemned 2: Bloodshot, Operation Darkness and others. The disk is compatible with the Microsoft Xbox 360 system only.

If you're looking for the magazine in stores, the cover story is Call of Duty: World at War.

Edit: The screen saver features Spyro and Cynder flying through the two level stages from Wings of Fury. It's very hypnotic to watch.

Also, Activision's name now appears on the site. This is the first instance where Activion's name has been officially paired with Spyro.

Welcome back to Hind Site. To quote one of the greatest singers of our time - I know it's been a while, but I'm glad you came. Hind Site began as a way for us to recall some of the greatest sites of Spyro's past but has now transformed into a way for us to share any Spyro-related site we found interesting with you all.

This week we offer for your perusal a blog post. Yes, a blog post. It seems one gamer is not impressed by the bright and shiny graphics of The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon we've all been drooling over. He explains to us the technical terms behind the images we've been ogling and says that the crisp, bright colors are more bad than good.

Normally I wouldn't give such a post a chance but when he captioned a Dawn of the Dragon screenshot with this:

...I knew I had to share this.

He's not bashing Spyro, so you can put down those pitchforks, he's merely pointing out that everything glowing isn't the best representation of graphical power on a console.
